Welcome to a quick Q&A with me! There’s not too much for me to explain about how this works, so let’s get started!
Will you continue the blog throughout the school year?
Of course I will! I started blogging when the school year was already happening, so I don’t think it’ll be too much of a difference. Sometimes I find it harder to blog because of how busy I am (like the last few weeks), but I will be scheduling all of my book reviews to ensure that I don’t miss any Saturdays.
How do you find time to read when you are busy with school and everything you do?
Finding time to read can definitely be a struggle sometimes and I think most people who are in school will relate to this (If you don’t, please impart your wisdom to me). It’s all about priorities and I really just have to do my best to read a little bit everyday no matter how busy I am. I especially focus more on reading on the weekends, but other than that there isn’t really a special trick or anything.
Do you prefer the sun or the moon?
I can say without almost no hesitation that I prefer the moon. I think it has a sense of mystery to it and it’s so pretty to look at. However, having said that, we couldn’t look at the moon if we didn’t have a sun….
What did you want to be as a kid growing up and has it changed?
When I was a kid I definitely wanted to be a writer. This hasn’t really changed that much, this blog is proof of that, but I have really gotten into theater and acting in the past few years and currently am hoping to pursue that. Writing isn’t out of the picture, of course, but I definitely have been enjoying finding out more about acting, so I’ll just have to see where it takes me.
Why did you start this blog?
I did actually write about this when I first started this blog, on my About Me page, which some of you may not have seen. A quick, one sentence summary is that I rediscovered my love for writing and reading and wanted to share that part of myself with the world somehow.
What do you do when you are alone?
When I’m alone there are so many things I could be doing, but I can almost 100% guarantee that it will be in the realm of the arts, because that’s where pretty much everything I love takes place. Sometimes I can be found learning a fun dance choreography, playing music (as loud as I can get away with), or, of course, reading and writing. I will also admit that I can easily be sucked into the world of YouTube…
